Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTATP6P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,394 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTATP6P13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Carbohydrate catabolic process, Positive regulation of telomere maintenance, and Nucleobase-containing compound transport. Each is linked with MTATP6P13 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTATP6P13-to-partner and partner-to-MTATP6P13 results are reported.
