Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTARC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MTARC2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MTARC2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTARC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC and BLCA are the cancer types where MTARC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
