Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTARC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,548 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTARC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, CRYL1, and FAM172A. Each is linked with MTARC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTARC2-to-partner and partner-to-MTARC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTARC2 versus DDAH1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTARC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTARC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
