Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTARC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,146 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTARC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf115, CENPA, and AUNIP. Each is linked with MTARC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTARC2-to-partner and partner-to-MTARC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTARC2 versus C1orf115 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTARC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTARC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
