Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTARC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTARC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR98, GAGE2E, and TEX43. Each is linked with MTARC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTARC2-to-partner and partner-to-MTARC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR98 grouped by MTARC2-low versus MTARC2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTARC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTARC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
