Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTARC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTARC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, mTOR, and CD49b. Each is linked with MTARC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTARC2-to-partner and partner-to-MTARC2 results are reported.
