The most reproducible MTARC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Vacuolar transport, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with MTARC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTARC2-to-partner and partner-to-MTARC2 results are reported.
