Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTARC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTARC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GP9, TCP10L3, and OR2M5. Each is linked with MTARC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTARC2-to-partner and partner-to-MTARC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GP9 grouped by MTARC2-low versus MTARC2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
