MTARC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTARC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,855 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTARC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, PARP1, and DPYD. Each is linked with MTARC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTARC1-to-partner and partner-to-MTARC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTARC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTARC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
