Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTARC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 731 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTARC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1D5P, CENPU, and CLDN15. Each is linked with MTARC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTARC1-to-partner and partner-to-MTARC1 results are reported.
