Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTARC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,057 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTARC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cholesterol biosynthetic process via lathosterol, Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate metabolic process, and Cholesterol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MTARC1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTARC1-to-partner and partner-to-MTARC1 results are reported.
