MTARC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTARC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTARC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA4, NPY2R, and SIGLEC5. Each is linked with MTARC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTARC1-to-partner and partner-to-MTARC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTARC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTARC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
