MTA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,810 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FEN1, SMC2, and DKC1_S21. Each is linked with MTA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTA2-to-partner and partner-to-MTA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTA2 versus FEN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
