Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,337 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOCT, SUPV3L1, and DEPDC1. Each is linked with MTA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTA2-to-partner and partner-to-MTA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOCT grouped by MTA2-low versus MTA2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
