MTA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 623 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21, MS4A13, and OR4C12. Each is linked with MTA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTA2-to-partner and partner-to-MTA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL21 grouped by MTA2-low versus MTA2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
