Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, APOA4, and FTHL17. Each is linked with MTA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTA1-to-partner and partner-to-MTA1 results are reported.
