MT2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,153 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MT2A, COLGALT1, and NNMT. Each is linked with MT2P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT2P1-to-partner and partner-to-MT2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT2P1 versus MT2A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
