Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,100 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, PPP1R18_S224, and ITGA5. Each is linked with MT2A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT2A-to-partner and partner-to-MT2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT2A versus PLAU in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
