Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,832 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MT2A_S58, MT1E, and MT1X. Each is linked with MT2A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT2A-to-partner and partner-to-MT2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT2A versus MT2A_S58 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
