Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC20A1P2, MIR6500, and OR4K17. Each is linked with MT2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT2A-to-partner and partner-to-MT2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC20A1P2 grouped by MT2A-low versus MT2A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
