MT1X

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1X RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,640 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1X-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RETN, MT2A, and MNDA. Each is linked with MT1X in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1X-to-partner and partner-to-MT1X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1X→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
