Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,003 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detoxification of inorganic compound, Cellular response to zinc ion, and Detoxification of copper ion. Each is linked with MT1P3 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1P3-to-partner and partner-to-MT1P3 results are reported.
