MT1M

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1M RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,721 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1M-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADH1B, MT1F, and DMD. Each is linked with MT1M in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1M-to-partner and partner-to-MT1M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1M→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
