MT1M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1M mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,019 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1M-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR549A, RNU6-1084P, and RNU1-2. Each is linked with MT1M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1M-to-partner and partner-to-MT1M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1M→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
