Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT1H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 509 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Thigmotaxis, Positive regulation of stem cell differentiation, and Protein localization to endosome. Each is linked with MT1H in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1H-to-partner and partner-to-MT1H results are reported.
