MT1H

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT1H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,328 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDH3A2, SLC47A2, and ALDH3A1. Each is linked with MT1H in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1H-to-partner and partner-to-MT1H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
