MT1G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,934 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MT1F, NUCKS1_S19, and FANCD2_S1435. Each is linked with MT1G in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1G-to-partner and partner-to-MT1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT1G versus MT1F in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
