Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,346 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT1H, MT1F, and MT1E. Each is linked with MT1G in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1G-to-partner and partner-to-MT1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT1G versus MT1H in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
