Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT1G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,546 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to aldosterone, Amino acid metabolic process, and Negative regulation of interferon-alpha production. Each is linked with MT1G in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1G-to-partner and partner-to-MT1G results are reported.
