MT1E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1E RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,403 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1E-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MT1F, MT2A, and MT1X. Each is linked with MT1E in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1E-to-partner and partner-to-MT1E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT1E versus MT1F in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
