Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1E protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,466 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT1E-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT1L, MT2A, and MT1G. Each is linked with MT1E in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1E-to-partner and partner-to-MT1E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT1E versus MT1L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
