MT1E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1E mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1E-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6894, RNF166, and TBATA. Each is linked with MT1E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1E-to-partner and partner-to-MT1E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6894 grouped by MT1E-low versus MT1E-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
