MT1E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT1E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,832 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detoxification of copper ion, Stress response to copper ion, and Stress response to metal ion. Each is linked with MT1E in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1E-to-partner and partner-to-MT1E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Detoxification of copper ion grouped by MT1E-low versus MT1E-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
