MT1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,453 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOD3_S195, HSPB6, and FERMT2. Each is linked with MT1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1A-to-partner and partner-to-MT1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
