Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,920 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT1G, NIPAL2, and CLINT1. Each is linked with MT1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1A-to-partner and partner-to-MT1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
