Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT-ND6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,102 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT-ND6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NR3C1_S134, TUFM, and MRPL11. Each is linked with MT-ND6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-ND6-to-partner and partner-to-MT-ND6 results are reported.
