MSX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,406 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX17, SOX18, and PCAT19. Each is linked with MSX1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSX1-to-partner and partner-to-MSX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSX1 versus SOX17 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
