MSX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,813 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, ARFGEF2, and NID2. Each is linked with MSX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSX1-to-partner and partner-to-MSX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSX1 versus PCOLCE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
