MSX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T3, LIMS4, and MIR4479. Each is linked with MSX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSX1-to-partner and partner-to-MSX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T3 grouped by MSX1-low versus MSX1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
