MSTO2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSTO2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,730 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSTO2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGAP6, BRD2, and ABHD16A. Each is linked with MSTO2P in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSTO2P-to-partner and partner-to-MSTO2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSTO2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSTO2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
