MSTO2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSTO2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,964 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSTO2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, PARP1, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with MSTO2P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSTO2P-to-partner and partner-to-MSTO2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSTO2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSTO2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
