Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MST1P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MST1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6795, MIR4757, and MIR6074. Each is linked with MST1P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1P2-to-partner and partner-to-MST1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MST1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MST1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
