MST1P2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MST1P2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MST1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, RBM15, and JNK2. Each is linked with MST1P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1P2-to-partner and partner-to-MST1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MST1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MST1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
