MST1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,878 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MST1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBX8, SASH3, and SETD2. Each is linked with MST1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1-to-partner and partner-to-MST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MST1 versus CBX8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
