Across TCGA patient cohorts, MST1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,250 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSRB3, VEGFC, and COL15A1. Each is linked with MST1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1-to-partner and partner-to-MST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MST1 versus MSRB3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
