MST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MST1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, mTOR_pS2448, and PDCD4. Each is linked with MST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1-to-partner and partner-to-MST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by MST1-low versus MST1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
