MST1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,217 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PJVK, ZNF862, and ARIH2OS. Each is linked with MST1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1-to-partner and partner-to-MST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MST1 versus PJVK in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
