Across TCGA cell cohorts, MST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, BTBD16, and MAEL. Each is linked with MST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1-to-partner and partner-to-MST1 results are reported.
