MSS51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSS51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,318 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSS51-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GFPT1, P4HB, and TMEM237_S25. Each is linked with MSS51 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSS51-to-partner and partner-to-MSS51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSS51 versus GFPT1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSS51→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSS51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
