MSS51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSS51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,831 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSS51-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, and Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway. Each is linked with MSS51 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSS51-to-partner and partner-to-MSS51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA splice site recognition grouped by MSS51-low versus MSS51-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSS51→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSS51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
